Any book that would list Ingrid Bergman and fail to mention her performance in The Inn of the Sixth Happiness, fails to include Steve McQueen's brilliance in Papillon or The Great Escape as well as seemingly forgetting Dustin Hoffman's performance in Little Big Man is missing something in the arena of true critic ability. This book was average for content and it did not include anything that wasn't already known or written. Entertainment Weekly should perhaps stick to things it knows best and that would seem to be movies AFTER 1980. So much was lacking from this book I could not truly recommend it to anyone. For the value ($29.95) one could have gotten just as much from purchasing the yearly books Entertainment Weekly puts out. Very disappointing.
Very good addition to my collection.
