I absolutely LOVE the Isabell saddle! I first got it because I rode dressage for 15+ years and my trainer suggested it. I am a small rider (not quite 5') and many of the dressage saddles were uncomfortable for me as they were too wide in the 'twist'. Conversely, the Isabell was designed for women so the fit was much more comfortable. Also, because the stirrup bar is farther back then most saddles (again, a designe specifically for the female anatomy), my legs just naturally fall in the RIGHT place....other saddles put my legs too far forward. Also love the CAIR feature and my horse showed his immediate appreciation for this feature as contrasted with the wool flocking. I know some folks are worried about the CAIR deflating but I've had this saddle since they first came out and never had a problem. And my horse thinks it fits him more comfortable than the wool flocked one. After my dressage horse died (at age 29), I got a Paso Fino (better for my aging back) and I found that lots of Paso riders - even at the national breed shows - also use dressage saddles as they don't interfere with the horse's gaiting. So, I put in a new gullet to fit the new horse and continued to use the saddle for her. Turned out that the mare - although she can do OK at the breed shows - isn't the dynamite show prospect that I had hoped so I bought yet another Paso (a stallion) and yet another Isabell in which I installed a medium narrow gullet to fit him. I also do a lot of trail riding and find the Isabell more comfortable than most of the trail/endurance saddles. So, I use the Isabell for trail riding also. Long story short, I now owne three Pasos and THREE Isabell saddles: a) one WINTEC Isabell with a wide gullet for both the gelding and for the mare when I'm schooling or trail riding or even for the local fun shows or county fairs; b) one WINTEC Isabell with a medium narrow for the stallion when I'm schooling him or trail riding or even for local fun shows or county fairs; c) and an Isabell BATES(not synthetic but in beautiful buffalo hide leather) for the class A breed sanctioned shows in a medium narrow for the stallion. All in all, I love the design of the Isabell saddle whether it is in the synthetic Wintec style (very light weight - especially with the light weight synthetic sturrips and the wintec webbers) or the Wintec Bates in real leather.Read full review
My daughter loved it, the saddle was easily adjusted to her mare and they won the State Championship with it

Saddle is super comfortable in prestine condition! This saddle puts your body in the correct position to work more directly with your horse. I'm so excited to finally be the owner of one!

This is such a great saddle! It is synthetic and easy to clean. It is very comfortable and has a deep seat and big knee blocks which help me feel secure. It is also structured to put the rider's legs down into a great position for cueing the horse easily with small movements of the leg. The suede feel seat gives an extra amount of grip and stability, which is great too. I had a wintec 2000 synthetic suede hunt saddle and now have this wintec Isabel synthetic suede dressage saddle and both are fantastic saddles.
I bought this saddle on the recommendation of my trainer so that I could adjust the gullet to fit my horse. He is very hard to fit and this saddle does the job. The seller was excellent, I had many questions and they were answered professionally and with courtesy. This seller also gave 7 days trial which was the plus in purchasing from them. I recommend the seller as five star. I haven't had the saddle long but another rider in the barn has purchased her second. This is the newer model. She loves both models and feels they are great in value and better than her high end leather saddles.
